Cyberprime Joins ETSI as a Full Member
We are proud to announce that Cyberprime®, the Kraków-based engineering group behind StateWarden®, has been a Full member of ETSI — the European Telecommunications Standards Institute — since 22 September 2026.
ETSI is one of the three European Standardization Organizations officially recognized by the European Union, and the body responsible for the ICT standards deployed across the continent and far beyond it. Full membership is the highest tier of participation: it carries voting rights in the General Assembly and a direct working seat in the technical groups where European standards are drafted, debated, and ratified.
Our engineers are actively contributing to ETSI's cybersecurity and quantum-safe cryptography working groups — the exact domain in which StateWarden's PrimeKEM engine already operates. We bring operational evidence from deploying post-quantum, zero-trust backup infrastructure in sovereign European environments: what survives contact with production fleets, what auditors actually ask for, and where current specifications fall short of operational reality.
Standardization is where cryptography leaves the laboratory and meets regulation, procurement, and audit. By participating directly, we ensure that the protocols we implement are aligned with the standards European critical infrastructure will be measured against — and that those standards are informed by engineering reality rather than theory. Membership, to be clear, means we help write the rules; it is not an endorsement or certification of any product, by ETSI or by us.
For a company building exclusively for European data sovereignty, a seat at the standardization table is the logical extension of our mission: European infrastructure, European cryptography, European standards.
